摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore a novel method of constructing compound biochip containing brain tumor tissues and glioma cells cultured in vitro. Method:To design cell microarrays containing 99 specimens,including human glioma tissues and glioma cells cultured in vitro.A tissue microarray instrument was used to fabricate tissues and cell microarray paraffin blocks,which were made into slices and immunohistochemistry staining for Rb by"EnVision"method.Result:The dots of microarrays arranged orderly,its morphology were preserved well and effect of immunohistochemistrical staining were reliable. Conclusion:Using Tissue Microarray Technique to fabricate compound biochip containing brain tumor tissues and glioma cells is simple, reliable and cost-effective,which innovates a novel technology for establishing compound biochip.关键词
