摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the protective effect of L-carnitine on the Acute Myocardial Injury.Method:In this study,76 patients with the Acute myocardial infarction were selected for clinical data for the hospitalization of Cardiology,randomly divided into left-carnitine treatment group(40 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,left carnitine treatment group on the basis of applications in the conventional left-carnitine therapy.Result:After treatment,H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnI in left-carnitine group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of L-carnitine group was significantly better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Left carnitine protection of patients with acute myocardial injury.关键词
