Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol in treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Method: 102 cases of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease in elderly patients from May 2012 to October 2014 were selected, according to the treatment methods of the divided into observation group and control group, two groups were given oral metoprolol, the observation group were given Wenxinkeli on the basis of this, the two groups were observed the treatment effect and adverse drug reaction.Result:The observation group the total effective rate was 94.1%, significantly higher than the control group was 78.4%, with a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05); the two groups were no serious adverse reactions of drugs. Conclusion: Wenxinkeli Combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease and arrhythmia, the clinical efficacy is significant, and the with safety, is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
