Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of mifepristone combined with methyltestosterone elderly patients with uterine fibroids.Method:70 cases of elderly patients with uterine fibroids were selected in our hospital from September 2013 to November 2014.According to the order of admission,patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone treatment,observation group was taken a testosterone treatment on this basis,two courses,each course of three months,the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, two groups of patients'uterine fibroid volume and uterine volume were less than before,the differences were significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05),said that both groups can shrink tumors;uterine volume and range of patients in the observation group fibroid volume were lower than in the control group of patients, the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).And the effective treatment of patients in the observation group was 97.1%,significantly higher than 80.0%of the patients treatment efficiency,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methyltestosterone and mifepristone treatment of elderly patients with uterine fibroids can take a good effect,can help shrink fibroids and improve the patient's symptoms.关键词
