Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction in department of general surgery. Method:Chose 240 cases of general surgical patients who accepted surgical treatment of in hospital as the research object and randomly devided into two groups, the observation group and the control group,120 cases in each group,patients in the control group were treated by the routine care of general surgery,observation group implementation the following nursing intervention:to establish a good nurse patient relationship,knowledge education of pain,the implementation of psychological care,provide comfort care,pain evaluation,help alleviate pain skills,reasonable application of analgesic drugs.Result:The VAS score of general surgery patients after waking in the observation group was (6.98±1.50),and the control group was (6.94±1.49). there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),and the VAS score of the the observation group which was surgery after 24/48 h was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), In the observation group,the satisfaction on nursing was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementating nursing intervention For patients with general surgery can reduce the VAS,relief the pain effect,improve nursing satisfaction,and ultimately enhance the overall quality and level of nursing in department of general surgery,it's worth to apply in Clinical medicine.关键词
