Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application method and effect of the PDCA (plan-do-check-action circulation)in cardiology training of junior nurses.Method:76 junior rotary nurses were selected in our department from January 2010 to December 2014 as the objects of research according to the convenience sampling method.Divided them into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional one clinical teaching mode.The observation group used PDCA to carry on the intervention.Compared the incidence of two groups of nurses score,patient satisfaction and adverse events.Result:The observation group was better than the control in after-department performance and the satisfaction of patients while the control group had a higher rate of adverse events.There was statistical significance because of the differences of significant in two groups of comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using PDCA circulation in the department of cardiology,junior nurses training can significantly improve junior nurses'working ability and feeling of patients,and also reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improve the quality of nursing care,ensure the safety of patients.关键词
