Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of laser in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Method: 72 cases of patients with dental pulp disease from March 2013 to July 2014 were selected , according to the treatment of the patients were divided into observation group and control group, all patients received the root canal therapy, the observation group according to the actual situation of dental pulp disease choose diferent types of laser for the treatment, treatment efects were compared between the two groups.Result: The clinical treatment observation group was beter than that in control group, with statistical diference between two groups (P< 0.05). During follow-up, the observation group the incidence of pain was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Laser treatment of dental pulp disease, can improve the effect of root canal therapy, to lay the foundation for a good prognosis patients.关键词
