Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between neonatal intrauterine infection and related factors in perinatal stage.Method:Retrospective analysis of totally 5024 live birth babies (including 377 babies with intrauterine infection) were made to observe the correlation between neonatal intrauterine infection and the six factors of prenatal fever, premature rupture of membranes,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and cultivation of genital secretions.Result:The six factors of prenatal fever,premature rupture of membranes,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and cultivation of genital secretions markedly increased the risk of neonatal intrauterine infection.Conclusion:We should pay close attention to the babies with the above abnormal factors,complete laboratory examinations,and give antibiotics on occasion to furthest reduce mortality rate of neonates.关键词
