新生儿抚触联合药物治疗新生儿黄疸疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Combined Bifid Bacterium Lactobacillus Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets and touching nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Method:160 patients were divided into 4 groups:the control group, drug group,touching group and comprehensive group,40 cases in each group,the jaundice subsided and adverse reactions of four groups were observed. Result:After 5 d-treatment, the level of beryllium and jaundice in four groups were significant lower than before treatment(P<0.05).And the effective rate of drug group and comprehensive group were significant better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of touching group was better than that of comprehensive group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Combined Bifid Bacterium Lactobacillus Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets and touching nursing has a significant effect in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
