摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of plum blossom needle combined with drug oral administration and partial closure for alopecia areata. Methods:85 cases of patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into treatment group (42 cases) and control group (43 cases), both groups were treated by orally taking vitamin B6 tablets, oryzanol tablets and tryptophan tablets, and closure injected triamcinolone acetonide within the local lesions;on the basis of it, the treatment group combined with plum blossom needle tapping, observed the efficacy after 1 and 2 courses of treatment and recurrence after 1 year's followed-up. Results:The total effective rate at first and second course of treatment of treatment group were both signifi-cantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);after 1 year's followed-up, the recurrence of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of plum blossom needle combined with drug oral administration and partial closure which can re-duce recurrence has significant curative effect on alopecia areata, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
