Effects of Movement Training Combined with Jiaji Points Acupuncture on the Functional Recovery of Sciatic Nerve in Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of movement training combined with Jiaji points acupuncture on the functional recovery of sciatic nerve in rats. Methods:60 cases of 200 20g male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group, movement training group, acupuncture group, movement training combined with acupuncture group, sham operation group;1 week after molding, used different interventions to each group for 3 weeks, and measured the sciatic nerve functional index and sciatic nerve conduction velocity of each group of rats every week before and after molding. Results:After 3 weeks of invention, the recovery of SFI, MCV, SCV of movement training combined with acupuncture group was the fast-est, and the differences among the rest groups (expert sham operation group) had statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01);the SFI of movement train-ing group was lower than that of sham operation group, MCV, SCV were faster than those of sham operation group, but the diferences had no statisti-cal significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of movement training combined with Jiaji points for peripheral nerve injury is the best, which can effectively improve the sciatic nerve function of rats.关键词
