Optimization of Survival Conditions of Chironomid Larvae

Abstract
In this paper, an investigation was conducted into the influence of environmental factors on the surviv?al rate of chironomid larvae. Using the survival rate as the index, the authors of the paper optimized survival con?ditions of chironomid larvae by means of single factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that water tem?perature was the most important factor responsible for the survival rate of chironomid larvae, with the contribu?tion rate of 98.16%, while the changes of weight and water amount exerted no significant impact on the survival rate of chironomid larvae.关键词
