摘要
Abstract
The heat exchanger usually has the time-delay and nonlinear characteristics, so conventional control methods are difficult to meet the control requirements. This paper studied the utilization of Smith predictive con?trol and Fuzzy adaptive PID control, and a Smith-Fuzzy PID function block was developed through the struc?tured control language SCL in the system software of SIMATIC PCS7. Then, this controller was used to control the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger. The result was satisfactory.关键词
