Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value and method of foreign bodies removal under gastroscope in upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies removal surgery in children.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 200 children undergoing foreign bodies removal surgery under gastroscope, and the clinical effect and complications were explored.The key points of diagnosis and treatment of foreign bodies removal surgery under endoscope were summarized.Results There were 183 patients with successful extraction of foreign bodies, accounting for 91.50%.The successful rate (120/127, 94.49%)of foreign bodies removal under painless gastroscopy was significantly higher than that (63/73, 86.30%) under conventional gastroscopy (χ2 =3.995,P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions( nausea, hiccups, swallow discomfort, choking cough, miserable, restless, etc.) under painless gastroscopy was significantly lower than routine gastroscopy (χ2 value was 13.330, 8.808, 9.728, 9.322, 7.804 and 9.802, respectively, all P <0.05).The successful extraction rate of upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies removal surgery was correlated with form, type,location of foreign bodies, visiting time and gastroscope type (χ2 value was 10.735, 9.859, 23.397, 10.543 and 3.995,respectively, all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of endoscopic foreign bodies extraction was 15.5%.The main complications included peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal mucosa scratches, punch, infection of digestive tract, and the incidence of the complications under painless gastroscopy was obviously lower than conventional gastroscopy (χ2 =9.728,P<0.05).Conclusion The extractive operation of upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies under gastroscopy, especially under painless gastroscopy, is of great significance to early treatment of upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies in childrenwith the advantages of simple operation, small trauma and high successfal rate.关键词
