Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intracapsular injection of methotrexate ( MTX ) combined with intramuscular injection on the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods From February 2013 to February 2014 60 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy admitted in People' s Hospital of Shengzhou City of Zhejiang Province were selected as subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given intramuscular injection of MTX, while the observation group accepted intramuscular and intracapsular injection of MTX.The therapeutic effects, time to restore normalβ-hCG, mass absorption time and hospitalization time were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group (93.33%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.00%) (χ2 =5.46, P<0.05).The β-hCG recovery time, mass absorption time, menstrual recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t value was 10.77, 6.18, 4.09 and 20.30, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Intracapsular injection combined with intramuscular injection of MTX for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy can obtain definite efficacy, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
