Abstract
Objective To study the results and significance of free two gynecological cancers ( cervical cancer and breast cancer) screening and to provide theoretical basis for women' s health care work.Methods Free two gynecological cancer screening was performed to women aged 35 -59 years old with Chaoyang District household register, and questionnaire survey was conducted among cases accepting screening.Results There were significant differences in the detection rates of hysteromyoma and breast fibroadenoma in two years (χ2 value was 10.8141 and 6.0598, respectively, P value was 0.0045 and 0.0483, respectively).The difference in cancer awareness in two years was also significant (χ2 =119.1199,P=0.0000).Conclusion Two cancers are not detected, and the awareness rate of two cancers shows a decline trend.Free two cancers screening is meaningful for gynecological diseases prevention and control.Screening combined with health education can ensure smooth implementation of health care work for women, so the propaganda and education on two cancers should be strengthened.关键词
