凶险型前置胎盘的诊治进展
Advance in diagnosis and treatment of pernicious placenta praevia
摘要
Abstract
Pernicious placenta praevia is an obstetric complication that placenta attaches to the original incision of parturient with cesarean section.In recent years, with the increasing rate of cesarean delivery, annual incidence of pernicious placenta praevia is also rising. Pernicious placenta praevia and its severe complications have attracted much attention.Pretreatment and treatment therapy are discussed by retrospective analysis of literatures in terms of high risk factors, pathogenesis, diagnosis and clinical complications.Results show that hysterectomy is the most effective treatment for pernicious placenta praevia, and multidisciplinary treatment may effectively reduce maternal and fetal mortality.关键词
