Abstract
Based on status of chinese stock market,the problems inside and outside stock market are analyzed.The paper provided to build the well-qualified supervision team,improve the management system and take corresponding measures to promote market reform,which accelerated the more sound and stable chinese stock market under the background of global competition.关键词
