摘要
Abstract
In order to provide a new preservation way of fresh fruits and vegetables ,taking hawthorn as the ma‐terials ,taking storage bags small packing (simple MA storage) and the form of storage in cold storage for haw‐thorn .Ascorbate peroxidase (APX) ,phenylalanine ammonia‐lyase (PAL) ,peroxidase (POD) ,peroxide catalase (CAT) ,polyphenol oxidize (PPO) activity and total phenol content of hawthorn organization were measured and compared .The results showed that simple MA storage could inhibit APX activity decline ,reduce PAL , POD and PPO activity ,delay CAT time of peak activity ,but also maintain a lower total phenol content ,prevent hawthorn decay and extend the storage period .关键词
