Analysis on the Development Modes of Edible Fungus Industry in Hebei Province

摘要

Abstract

Edible fungus industry is a sunrise industry ,which integrates economic benefits ,social benefits and ecological benefits .Hebei province ,as a big province of edible mushroom production ,made great progress .The different regions of Hebei province had different economic conditions ,so the development modes of the edible mushroom industry were different .The edible fungus development modes were summarized into four types , namely Pingquan county ,the“scale drive”mode‐forming scale advantages ,and promoting the efficiency of the industry ;Yi county“poverty alleviation drive type”mode‐in order to reduce poverty in Yi county ,through gov‐ernment assistance ,to take off deficient to become rich;Qianxi county“resources to promote”mode‐by relying on the rich chestnut resources ,to promote chestnut mushroom characteristic industry development and Ningjin county“export oriented”mode‐through the export leads farmers to increase income .Aims to provide a reference and inspiration to the exploration and innovation development mode ,four modes of the development of edible fungus industry were studied .
