不同浓度三种激素对小蓟茎段愈伤组织诱导影响
Effect of Different Concentrations of Three Kinds of Hormone on Callus Induction of Cirsium setosum Stem
摘要
Abstract
In order to further develop and use Cirsium setosum ,the effect of 2 ,4‐D ,6‐BA and NAA for Cirsium setosum callus induction were discussed by single factor and orthogonal test .The results showed that under sin‐gle factor ,2 ,4‐D optimal concentration range from 0 .8 to 1 .0 mg・L‐1 ,6‐BA range from 0 .8 to 1 .0 mg・L‐1 and NAA range from 2 .4 to 2 .6 mg・L‐1 .Orthogonal test results showed that the MS + 2 ,4‐D 1 .0 mg・L‐1 + 6‐ BA 1 .0 mg・L‐1 + NAA 2 .4 mg・L‐1 medium induced best callus .The three kinds of hormones all could promote Cirsium setosum stem callus formation and growth .关键词
