Abstract
At present, the Owners of newly built hydropower stations generally outsource their maintenance to the specialized maintenance teams because there are lots of cross-operations and the working environment and working faces are complicated. However, safety accident is highly possible because the maintainer is familiar with neither the environment nor the equipment system, which may be worsened by poor communication between the Owner and the maintainer or between maintainers as well as poor management of the maintenance operations. Hence, it is necessary to build an optimal management system based on a standardized safety management method, so as to ensure safe maintenance.关键词
