Abstract
Safety measures for relay protection are the guarantees for not only the personal safety of the maintainer but also the safe and stable operation of the protection devices to be inspected and their associated devices. The paper in-troduces the powerful guarantees for the safety measures, including strictly performing the safety measures, correctly filling the work permit out, and carefully examining and strictly following the work permit.关键词
