Abstract
Objective: The effect of postoperative complications spinal surgery patients through the comprehensive nurs-ing intervention. Methods:We choose our hosptial from April 2012 to August 2014 received 96 cases of spinal surgery patients, which randomly divided into control groups and intervention groups. Control groups were given traditional nurs-ing methods of rehabilitation after spinal surgery, The experimental group used of comprehensive nursing, comparing and analysing the incidence of complications after two groups of patients psychological condition. Results:It is significantly impoved of patients in clinical symptoms and mental status after rehabilitation treatment. However, the two groups of pa-tients have been complication, The experimental group compared with the control group in urinary tract infections, re-spiratory depression, bedsore and lower limb venous thrombosis complications,which was better than the control group and difference has statisticant significance (P<0. 05). Depression and anxiety score values intervention group were less than control group and the difference has significant statistically significance(P <0. 05). Conclusion:The system of nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with spinal surgery has impor-tant clinical significance, which is worth wide application in the clinical practice.关键词
