参附注射液治疗急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭
Treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure with injection of reference
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI ) with heart fail-ure by the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI ) .Methods A total of 64 patients complete medical records of AMI patients complicated with heart failure ,were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,32 cases ,two groups of patients were given conventional anticoagulation ,vasodilation ,beta blockers ,ACE inhibitors ,antiplatelet therapy , lipid-lowering therapy and diuretic treatment ,observation group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Shen Fu Injection in the treatment ,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with cardiac output (CO ) ,shoot ejec-tion fraction (LVEF) ,plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels and treatment 2 weeks after clinical curative effect .Re-sults In the observation group ,the total effective rate was 68 .75% ,significantly better than the control group (43 .75% ) , two groups of statistical significant ( P<0 .05 );after treatment ,the patients in the two Group Co ,LVEF and BNP were com-pared with those before treatment improved ,observation group of each index is improved than that in the control group ,the difference is statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion AMI patients with heart failure in on the basis of convention-al treatment combined with Shen Fu injection can effectively reduce the levels of BNP in patients with ,the improvement in patients with CO and LVEF ,further improve the heart function .关键词
