益气养阴法维持治疗非小细胞肺癌
Maintenance therapy in non-small cell lung cancer by supplementing qi and nourishing yin
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety in non-small lung cancer (NSCLC ) for maintenance treating with supplementing qi and nourishing yin .Methods Patients in NSCLC were randomly assigned to two groups .The patients in treatment group maintenance therapy with supplementing qi and nourishing yin ,the control group with regularly followed-up . Results The treatment group had a significantly improved median KPS ,progression-free survival (PFS ) of the treatment group was 6 .3 months ,which was longer 1 .4 months than the control group that was 4 .9 months .Comparison between two groups was statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) ,treatment group no obvious adverse reactions ,no treatment-related deaths . Conclusion Maintenance therapy with supplementing qi and nourishing yin for advanced NSCLC can effectively improve quality of life and prolong PFS in patients ,without obvious side effects .关键词
