血府逐瘀汤治疗缺血性脑卒中
Treatment of ischemic stroke by blood operator by stasis decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect on the the treatment of Ischemic stroke by blood operator by stasis soup . Methods The 160 patients with ischemic stroke were selected and divided into two groups randomly .The control group pa-tients were treated with conventional treatment (yidalaphon in injection and combined with dehydration of intracraninal pres-sure ,reduce brain edema ,antiplatelet ,brain protection ,neurotrophic and maintain water and electrolyte balance and so on );treatment ,and the treatment group patients were treated with blood operator by stasis soup based on the control group (angel-ica ,radix rehmanniae ,peach kernel ,safflower ,orange ,red paeony root ,radix bupleuri ,radix glycyrrhizae ,radix platycodi , twotooth achyranthes root ,rhizoma ligustici wallichii ,etc) .The clinical effect ,NIHSS score ,Barthel index and the TCM syn-drome integral of two groups of patients are compared .Results The total efficiency of treatment group after treatment is 96 . 25% ,which is significantly higher than the control group (77 .50% ) ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =13 .438 ,P<0 .001 );The clinical effect ,NIHSS score ,Barthel index and the TCM syndrome integral of two groups of pa-tients after treatment are lower compared with treatment before ( P<0 .001 );the NIHSS score ,Barthel index and the TCM syndrome integral of treatment group of patients after treatment are significantly better than the control group ,the difference was statistically ( P<0 .001 ) .Conclusion Blood operator by stasis decoction in treatment of ischemic stroke improve the symptom of the patients ,to prevent further attacks brain ischemia ,and improve the curative effect ,shorten course of treatment .关键词
