针刺颈穴与传统耳周穴治疗颈性耳鸣及伴随症状疗效比较
Treatments of cervical tinnitus between neck acupoints acupuncture and traditional acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical comparison between the neck acupoints acupuncture treatment and traditional acupuncture treatment of cervical tinnitus .Methods All 40 patients were divided into the neck acupoints acupuncture group and traditional acupuncture group ,and then we observed the effect after treatments .Results Among the 40 patients ,26 patients were cured ,and 14 patients were invalided by treatments .The neck acupoints acupuncture treatment group cured 16 patients ,which were higher than the traditional acupuncture treatment group and there was a significant difference between two treatment groups ( P<0 .05 ) .The symptoms along with cervical tinnitus had improved in some extent .Conclusion The neck acupoints acupuncture treatment could improve the state of neck muscles spasticity ;relieve the oppression of verte-bra basilar artery and the stimulation of sympathetic nerve .It was better to treat cervical tinnitus and its associated symptoms than traditional acupuncture .关键词
