全髋关节置换术后病人康复训练中自我效能感影响因素的研究

Abstract
Objective:To understand the self efficacy level of patients with total hip replacement,and to investi-gate the factors affecting their self efficacy.Methods:91 patients with total hip replacement from a Grade ⅢA hospital in a city of central China were chosen using convenient sampling method,whose data was collected by general situation questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale and general self efficacy questionnaire.Results:The average self efficacy level of patients with total hip replacement was low.Patients’self efficacy was re-lated with health insurance status (F =4.439,P <0.05),education level (r =0.412,P <0.05)and social sup-port (r=0.21 9,P <0.05).Conclusion:Medical staff should pay more attention on self efficacy of patients with total hip replacement,and should take measures individually to help patients improve their self efficacy,which would increase patients’confidence in rehabilitation training.关键词
