Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing care coordination of transoral endoscopic esophageal myotomy (POEM ) for the treatment of cardiac achalasia (AC) .Methods The nursing data in 10 cases of AC treated by PO‐EM in the gastroendoscope room of our hospital from August 2012 to May 2014 were selected and performed the ret‐rospective analysis .Results In 10 cases of AC treated by POEM ,the dysphagia symptom was completely relieved . All the cases were cured and discharged from hospital .No recurrence occurred within 2‐year follow up .The treatment effect was satisfactory .Conclusion POEM for treating AC has good effect and little trauma and is a new minimally invasive endoscopic technique for clinically treating AC in recent years .In addition of the super surgical skills of endo‐scopic doctors ,the meticulous ,timely and professional coordination is also an important guarantee of successful opera‐tions and reduction of complications .关键词
