摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration (GBR) technique and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) treatment for remodeling the bone defects induced by peri-implantitis. Method:After the X-ray and clini-cally diagnosed,there 7 solid implants have significant absorption of alveolar bone around the implants by peri-implantitis , complete demolition of the upper structure reinstall cover screws,remove inflamed tissue all through periodontal surgery,and the same period in the site of bone defect was filled with bone graft material and subsequently covered with biofilm ,after all patients receive conventional antibiotic treatment and oral care. The bone regeneration surrounding the implant was assessed 6 months later,a phaseⅡprocedu and porcelain crowns repair were performed,regular follow-up a year to assess the stabili-ty of regenerated bone. Result:After 6 months,the height and width of regenerated bone around the 7 peri-implants have significantly recovered,and remained stable after one year. Conclusion:The clinical effect of GBR and HBO for remodeling the bone defects induced by peri-implantitis is ideal.关键词
