Abstract
Passive radar is the radar system using civil illuminators like television or radio to detect and track moving targets.The weak scattering signals from targets are submerged in direct signal,clutters and thermal noise of receiver,so that clutter cancellation and coherent integration are necessary for target detec-tion.Considering the sparsity of cross-ambiguity function of the echo signal in range-doppler domain,target detection model for passive radar based on compressive sensing is built.This model has no restriction on sig-nal form and clutter cancellation is not necessary;furthermore,the existence of strong target reflections has no impact on the detection of weak ones.Simulation results show that the proposed method has the same performance as the traditional one;while in the scenario that strong targets exist,it still works well.关键词
