Research progress about parameterization scheme of root water uptake in land surface process models
摘要
Abstract
Root water uptake process controls water cycling.Researches on the root water uptake process and devel-opment of its parameterization scheme play an important role to understand surface hydrological and biogeochemi-cal processes as well as to improve simulation performance of land surface and climate models.The paper resumed the root water uptake model progresses and induced parameterization schemes on root distribution,influence func-tion of soil water content on root resistance and hydraulic redistribution and then pointed out shortcomings of root water uptake parameterization scheme in existing land surface models.Finally,we proposed the future development direction for similar studies as a reference.关键词
