离心压缩机内固粒运动规律与冲蚀磨损的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Solid Particle Motion and Erosion Within a Centrifugal Compressor

Abstract
To study the solid particle erosion of the blades in the centrifugal compressor,based on discrete phase model,Finnie ductile materials erosion model of FLUENT software,the motion trajectory,motion speed and mass concentration of solid particles and the erosion rate of the blades were simulated successfully.According to the simulation results,when the diameter ranges from 5μm to 20μm,most of the solid particles flow through the flow channel near the pressure surface of the large blade.Before arriving at the front edge,the particle speed increases quickly,but during the process of running to the rear edge of the blade,the speed first reduces and then increases.At the rear edge of the large blade where concentration and speed of solid particles are high,the maximum erosion rate appears.And particles with larger diameter cause more serious erosion wear to the pressure surface.关键词
