我国各地区财政支出结构的因子分析
Factor Analysis of the Expenditure Structure of the Regional Finance
摘要
Abstract
According to the relevant data of public expenditure for different areas of China in 2013 ,we computes the per capita expenditure for each area ,and carries out a statistical analysis of the data .Basic statistical analysis shows that the overall imbalance exists on China ’s per capita expenditure ,and this imbalance comes from Tibet in this paper .Factor analysis shows that most of the information of the public expenditure programs can be reflected better by three common factors .The regions are ranked according to the total score of three common factors ,and cluster analysis divides China’s fiscal expenditure structure into four types .Studies have shown that the region’s economic de-velopment has a big impact on its fiscal expenditure structure ,and the economically backward regions will have more expenditure on public services spending than others ,that the economic infrastructure has been basically completed in the economically developed regions ,where the expenditure of human capital will be increased .关键词
