海绵城市建设热潮下的冷思考
Considerations and Discussions about Sponge City
摘要
Abstract
After the Sponge City Development Technical Guideline: Low Impact Development was released and sponge city pilot area which organized by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Water Resources and Ministry of Finance set up, the construction of sponge city became off a boom. But there were stil some perplexity and chalenge within implement, which reduce efficiency and scientific rationality. This paper discussed perplexity and chalenge, and then identified some key points of sponge city implement based on existing infrastructure and difficulties in the implementation process.关键词
