摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the difficulties of ground fault localization for 10 kV overhead line,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current localization method,puts forward a simple, practical and new method of ground fault localization. According to the new method developes the patrol inspection assistant for single-phase ground fault. The application result shows that the patrol inspection assistant can swiftly fix position the ground fault point,especially some hidden ground fault without obvious external features. So it has high practical value.
