Abstract
Aiming at the opportunities and challenges,in a new visual angle analyzes the work condition and of editors,brings forward the methods and ways for compound talents training. The analysis result shows that the core of competition in journals market is talent competition,ability of editors and publishers decide not only the quality but also the competition strength of technological journal. Therefore increasing diathesis and level of editors and publishers,training numbers of compound talents is the precondition of technological journal to walk up to markrt.关键词
