摘要

Abstract

Employment discrimination is closely related to personal dignity and development, which also has grave impact on social harmony and stability.However, China has yet to establish a sound legal system aimed at comba-ting employment discrimination, and the current legal framework in China still falls short of the need to effectively address employment discrimination in practice.The present situation of employment discrimination is rather serious in China, which can be blamed partly on imperfect legislation.In view of all these issues,it is proposed that anti-employment discrimination law be promulgated at an early stage to enrich China ’ s current legal provisions in terms of combating employment discrimination.
