塔式起重机金属结构的时变可靠性分析
摘要
Abstract
The paper describes the research on the metal structure of certain tower crane,and analyzes the time-var-ying reliability with the cumulative fatigue damage under the most dangerous working condition.The most dangerous case of the tower crane under study and its corresponding failure mode are gained via the minimum load increment criterion.The transient analysis is performed to simulate lifting and slewing actions of the tower crane in order to get the stress-time history of the critical element.The rain-flow counting method is used to get the stress range and corresponding number of cycles of the critical element.According to the S -N curvilinear equation,the accumulative damage degree is calculated through the Miner rule.Furthermore,the reliability calculation is performed with the Monte Carlo method.关键词
