Abstract
Design calibration of the pull rod commonly used in hoisting machinery generally involves only the effect of the axial force without regard of the bending moment,resulting in potential safety hazards.The paper introduces two meth-ods for calculating the pull rod bending moment,with the effect of axial force on the bending moment considered.Different methods are compared in respect of calculating and calibrating the strength of the pull rod,providing theoretic support for designing secure and proper pull rod section.关键词
