超超临界1000 MW机组梯次循环热力系统能损分析及优化
Energy loss analysis and optimization on an ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit thermal system using echelon cycle

Abstract
The energy grade efficiency method was applied to carry out energy loss analysis for thermal sys-tem of an ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit with one reheat under THA condition.The energy loss value of the system under the above condition was obtained and the calculation accuracy of this energy grade effi-ciency method was verified.Moreover,a thermodynamic optimization method using pattern search was pro-posed for design of the cylinder pressure and extraction pressure.The result shows that,after the optimiza-tion,the heat rate of the echelon cycle thermal system dropped from 7 218.43 kJ/(kW•h)to 7 177.22 kJ/(kW•h) significantly,on the premise of satisfying the relative requirements from the factories.关键词
