燃煤机组锅炉低温烟气余热利用节能效益分析
Energy-saving analysis for heat recovery from low-temperature flue gas in coal-fired units

Abstract
Installing low pressure economizer in tail flue duct of boilers can reduce exhaust temperature and enhance the boiler efficiency.The waste heat of flue gas is introduced into regenerative system of the steam turbine,so part of the exaction steam will return into the turbine to do work,thus to improve energy utili-zation efficiency of the unit.Taking a 100 MW unit coal-fire power unit as the example,the energy-saving effect of the above waste heat utilization technology was verified by applying the iteration-check method and the equivalent enthalpy drop method.The results show that,this waste heat recovery transformation scheme can reduce the exhaust temperature by 23.7 ℃,increase the boiler efficiency by 1.214%,decrease the heat rate by 60 kJ/(kW·h)and save the coal consumption by 2.313 g/(kW·h).关键词
