Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of lung fluke disease and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of lung fluke disease. Methods A retrospective analysis were made of 74 cases of lung fluke disease, include clinical manifestations,results of laboratory examination and so on. Diagnosis and treatment was also analyzed in this study. Results 45. 95% of lung fluke diseases had the history of ingestion 87. 83% patients blood eosinophil increased obviously, 70. 27% pa-tients with lung tematode antibody positive, praziquanted oral treatment curative effect was better, with little adverse reaction. Conclusion Lung fluke disease clinical symptoms and signs is diversification, clinicans in the diagnosis of paragonimiasis, first of all should be asked to the history of epidemiology, eosinophil clinical,antigen intradermal test changes and so on. Improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of lung fluke disease.关键词
