品管圈在降低血液透析患者非计划性拔管中的应用效果观察
Application Effect of Quality Control Circle in Reducing the Non Planned Extubation of Hemodialysis Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of improving quality control circle in reducing of the unplanned extubation rate of central venous catheter. Methods The reducing of unplanned extubation rate of central venous catheter was as the theme, investigation,cause analyzing and making strategies were used in establishing quality control circle. The countermeasures' effect and continuous improvement were implemented according to principles of PDCA circulation. Results After the quality control cir-cle,the unplanned extubation rate of central venous catheter reduced from6. 67% before the activity to 2. 0%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The quality of the whole team and the satisfaction of patients also improved (P<0. 05). Con-clusion Promoting the activity of quality control circle can not only reduce the unplanned extubation rate of central venous cathe-ter,but also improve the quality of the whole team and the satisfaction of patients.关键词
