不同剂量右美托咪定滴鼻在门诊手术患儿术前应用的比较
Difference Dose Compare of Intranasal Dexmedetomidine on Outpatient Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of difference dose of intranasal dexmedetomidine on outpatient children. Methods Sixty lingual frenoplasty,aging 2-4 years, ASA physical status Ⅰchildren of both sexes,were equally randomized into three groups of DL(intranasal DEX1μg/kg),DM(intranasal DEX1. 5μg/kg), DH(intranasal DEX2μg/kg). HR,SpO2,BIS were monitored before intranasal(T0), immediately after intranasal(T1),10min after intranasal(T2),15min after intranasal(T3), 25min after intranasal(T4),40min after intranasal(T5),induction of anesthesia(T6)and extubation time(T7). Results Compa-ring the three groups, HR、BISof DM and DH were lower than DL(P<0. 05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine dose of 1. 5μg/kg is better than 1μg/kg and 2μg/kg.关键词
