磷酸西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并心血管高风险患者的临床疗效及安全性观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of Sitagliptin on the high cardiovascular risk in patients with type2 diabetic patients. Methods All selected the eighty diabetic patients randomly divided into two groups:contrast group were given insulin, treated group received Sitagliptin for three months, druing obseration detect the change of FBG、2hBG、HbA1c、influence、blood pressure、hypoglycemia happen rate and BMI. Results Aftle three months, the levels of 2hBG、HbA1c、BMI sig-nificant decrease,but the treated group control glucose, decrease HbA1c、the risk of hypoglycemia and weight gain superior than that of contrast group. The treated group decrease levels of influence and blood pressure superior than that of contrast group. Con-clusion Sitagliptin can effectively control type2 diabetic patients glucose, decrease HbA1c、influence、blood pressure and the risk of hypoglycemia and weight gain.关键词
