熄风通络颗粒联合波立维治疗风火上扰型脑梗死急性期临床研究
Clinical Study of Acute Cerebral Infarction of Wind-Fire Ascending Syndrome Treated by Xifeng Tongluo Granule and Plavix
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xifeng Tongluo Granule combined with plavix on acute cerebral infarction with wind-fire ascending syndrome. Methods:Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarc-tion of wind-fire ascending syndrome were divided into the control group and the observation group accord-ing their wards. Each group had 43 cases. The control group was treated with conventional treatment ,while the observation group was treated with Xifeng Tongluo Granule and plavix on basis of the conventional treatment. Two weeks later,the changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome score,the homo-cysteine level and modified barthel index(MBI) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in the TCM sydromes ,the level of homocysteine reduced and the MBI increased. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:Xifeng Tongluo Granule combined with plavix can improve the clinical symptoms ,living abilities and life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction of wind-fire ascending syndrome.关键词
