Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of olanzapine combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill on generalized anxiety in middle-aged and elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Methods:Nine-ty-six middle-aged and elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome and generalized anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group (n=50) and control group (n=46). Patients in the control group were treated with mental nursing and sertraline for 24 weeks. Patients in the treatment group ,on basis of the control group,were added with olanzapine and Liuwei Dihuang Pill for 24 weeks. Before and after treatment,the blood samples were taken to test the C reactive protein(CRP),angiotensin(AngII),superoxide dismutase(SOD),Hamilton anxiety(HAMA) scores and the carotid artery intima-media thickness IMT. Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in CPR,SOD,AngII,HAMA scores and IMT of the two groups. The CRP level,AngII level,HAMA scores and Carotid artery IMT of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and the SOD level was higher than that of the control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of olanzapine combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on generalized anxiety in middle-aged and elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome is significant.关键词
