治疗前患者外周血 PLR 与宫颈鳞状细胞癌预后的关系
Relationship between peripheral blood PLR before treatment and prognosis of patients with cervical squamous carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood platelet-lymphocyte ratio ( PLR) before treatment and the prognosis in patients with cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods The clinicopathologic data of 143 ca-ses of patients with cervical squamous carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.According to the statistical method, we se-lected the cut-off value.The patients were divided into different groups based on the cut-off value of PLR.Then we ana-lyzed the relationships of PLR with the prognosis and the reoccurrence of patients with cervical squamous carcinoma and the clinicopathologic parameters.Results We selected PLR=125 as the cut-off value.The 5-year survival rate of high PLR group (PLR≥125) was 54.5%, the 5-year survival rate of low PLR group (PLR<125) was 81.6%;the recurrence rates were respectively 50%and 22.4%;and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05).PLR was related with the age of patients, FIGO stage, preoperative chemotherapy, the diameter of the tumor and the number of platelet.The prognosis of patients was related with FIGO stage, the diameter of the tumor, preoperative chemotherapy or not, PLR and the number of platelet.Cox regression analysis showed that PLR, FIGO stage, the number of platelet, the diameter of the tumor and preoperative chemotherapy were the independent risk factors for the survival and prognosis of patients with cervi-cal squamous carcinoma.Conclusion The peripheral blood PLR before treatment is associated with the prognosis of pa-tients with cervical squamous carcinoma, which can be used as the indicator for evaluating cervical squamous carcinoma.关键词
